JADE Pioneers

JADE Pioneers are volunteers dedicated to supporting the mission of the Jamaican Association for Debating and Empowerment (JADE) in Fueling a Thinking Revolution. Through three levels of designations—Junior, Senior, and Elite—pioneers contribute to various activities, engage in personal development opportunities, and demonstrate leadership by actively participating in JADE's initiatives. Junior Pioneers, aged 12-17, begin their journey with active involvement, while Senior Pioneers, aged 18 and above, take on more significant roles. Elite Pioneers are those who have shown outstanding commitment and impact over the course of at least one year.
